These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee (excluding conflict-of-law principles). You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms or regarding the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in (or nearest to) Marshall County, Tennessee, and you submit to their jurisdiction.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Mid-Town Laundry regarding the Site, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications.
